Hello, I’m Ingrid, founder and creator of The Accountability Collective, entrepreneur, community leader and small business owner just like you. In fact, I still am. I run a publishing business, producing a monthly magazine that is delivered to 19,500 homes and businesses in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire.
Over the last two decades I have built multiple ventures from scratch. From a soft furnishings business to freelance events work, from publishing a magazine delivered to thousands of homes each month to creating local festivals and community projects. I have worn every hat a business owner can wear.
I know the big ideas.
I know the quiet doubts.
I know the excitement when you get your first client, you achieve something big.
I also know the overwhelm, the breakthroughs and the steady courage it takes to build something meaningful.
The truth is, no one builds a business without a few stumbles. I’ve had mine, and I’m grateful for them - they have taught me resilience, creativity, and the value of having the right support systems in place.
I created The Accountability Collective because I believe people should not have to juggle everything alone. With clarity, accountability and the right kind of support, your business becomes lighter, clearer and far more enjoyable to grow.
